I watched it a couple of years ago, and had the chance of watching it again this year. I don't think it got much exposure when it first aired, and I think it's a shame, because for a childrens cartoon it's very good. I don't usually watch things like this, but this one caught my eye (and later stole my heart ).

I found the robot designs specially interesting, but eventually I kept watching because I really cared about it all. It's a very nice story, with well paced action, likeable characters and a unique atmosphere. It does have flaws, and I'm not saying it was groundbreaking material or anything, but I can't help but feel that it should have a bigger fanbase. Or one, to begin with.

It's just fun, dammit. And robots.
